Is it normal that when i am download the patches everything is perfect until i reach this version: 4.0.0.12911(fr)

i have to download 8.4Gig for this patch!?!? This is incredibly big for a patch, and because im downloading at the amazing speed of 35-50 kb/s (yes i have a high speed connection, just dont know the problem...) it will take me around 1 week to download everything.. for a patch, when my account time is running. And this will probably result as a waste of money for my account time .

4.0 is the next expansion (Cataclysm). You could try finding a different server for it. There's a number of mirrors that might let you download it. Those could give you better speed.|||well, i have this speed for everything i download.. so i'll just download by night xD|||It sounds like its time to call your internet provider. Sometimes they oversell their connections, and a call to their office while you are having the slow download speeds can sometimes convince them to move you to another less crowded gateway.
