Dead and Stuck

I died in frostsaber, and was sent to a graveyard completely surrounded by monsters that one hit kill me the second a revive myself.

Is there anything I can do?|||What's frostsaber? I assume you don't have enough time to resurrect and immediately use your hearthstone.

You might be able to run in ghost form to another graveyard. I know it works in Battlegrounds, not sure about world play.

Otherwise, make a ticket and ask a GM to help you.|||I'm not sure that running to another graveyard will help you. I think it will still rez you at the original graveyard.

What zone are you in, and what level are you?

It sounds like you are in a zone that is too high a level for you, which is going to make things a lot trickier. If you can get your ghost to a coast, you can try swimming out to fatigue water (you might want to move up or down the coast first to get to a more friendly zone.) When your ghost dies, with any luck you end up at a more friendly graveyard.

You can also corpse run to a more friendly place. That will take a while and can be a bit frustrating. If you are going to try that, give us some more information about where you are so we can point you in the right direction so at least you are running from the danger instead of deeper into it. (Also, let us know your class, since their might be some tricks there you can use.)

Finally, if you have some friends, they have a few things they can do. (1) They can help clear out the mobs and escort you to safety. (2) A mage can come to where you are and put up a portal to a city. With any luck, you can click on it when you rez before you end up in combat. (3) Have a warlock summon you to a city. (4) Depending on your level, have a couple of people summon you to an instance entrance. Ragefire/Stockades are great choices given they are in the cities.|||You might even ask in zone chat (you can when dead i think) and look for someone with a two seater mount to come retrieve you.

- Going off what CAtt said, you could Que for Ragefire/Stockades/Some low level instance that you can get into, then die on purpose and then leave the group. The run bak and rez inside the instance and leave via the portal. If it still works like it used to, you will be outside the instance and not where you were before.|||Quote:

What is your level and what is "frostsaber" ?|||normally when u run out the instance portal it puts you back where u started. i suggest just queue for a random, and do it, and hearth when your done.|||Yeah I know it normally puts you back where you were.

But there were a few times where I was in a random and we wiped and either I left group or the group wiped then it fell apart while we were still dead. Once everyone leaves or once you leave, you're not in the finder tool anymore and you actually walk out and end up at the physical entrance to the instance.

Happened to me in BRD once or twice for sure.|||ok i see what your saying. die, and then leave the group while standing dead in the GY|||Or while dead and at any point before actually walking back in.|||Isnt there always the "return to the graveyard" button ?
