My level 29 paladin advice

Ok guys here it is, I have a level 85 dk and 85 hunter on one realm and they are both orcs the dk is a tank and the hunter is a dps so I thought to my self "why not have a healer" so I remembered my level 29 paladin which I started ages ago when my freind started WoW then he quit and I gave up on my pala, I want to start up WoW now it's the holiday time but the problem he is geared as a healer no money, and my main 2 characters are on another server and faction, what do you think I should do? I really want to level my pala as dps and at 85 become holy but I dont wna pay for transfers tyvm in advance...

The quest rewards got a nice upgrade in Cataclysm, from questing in one zone you'll get an entirely new setup. Or, if you can scrape a small amount of money together you can buy some green stuff of the AH - but again, if you spend a few hours questing in a level 30-35 zone, you'll be completely set up for DPS.|||Well thank you very much for your reply, so I'm assuming that I respec into ret and just get some dps gear xD I know it's a bit lazy of me to ask but where to I level 29 as ally I have only played horde (Ignore if you think it's too nooby I'm sure Ill find it on google) :) tyvm|||Is there any particular reason you want to play your paladin on that server? It doesn't take too long to get to 29 these days, so it wouldn't be that big of an issue to just restart your pally on your main server.

If you have a reason to want to level him on the original server, great, you don't really need to worry about your gear at 29, as Snowieken said. However, if your friend doesn't play anymore, you will probably eventually want your pally on your main server, which will end up requiring a transfer. It's a lot easier to reroll a character that is 29 than one that is 85.
