Fun from game

[:1]I was trying this for a while, i have bought game. I don't know what is fun in this game, questes are kill ten mobs, or bring 6 items from mobs or go to talk npc who give you that quests... I don't see any base to be addicted, i have gave it chance i have played for a while longer. Battleground are fine it was entertaining for me, but it's mmo, it's game so why i would play only bg's? I started doing dungeons in group it was fun in first time, but later i saw that it's too easy. Monsters was killed in few seconds in my teams, there wasn't any challenge. I saw that wow players says that only form of fun from this game are raids, that are only above 60 lvl... I want too see any positive thing in this game, please show it to me. Now i have vacation so i have much free time, there's no any mmo at market, only wow, but i don't see in this any entertaining things, please show it to me.

So: What is so much fun and entertaining in wow, i want to play nice game, maybe wow is nice game, but i don't found nice things in it?|||There are so many things to do, it's difficult to know where to start.

Those people who say that the only form of fun is raids are missing out on a lot (imvho)

You can:

- level chars (the way is as interesting as the destination)

- gear up end level chars

- do raids

- level professions

- do PvP

- do achievements

- play the AH

I'm sure there are other things that people do, but that is a list of the more common things I like to do. You can split these between chars - don't have to do them all on every char. For example, I have 1 char that is my achievement whore - the others ignore them to a large degree.

However if, at the end of the day, you're not having the fun you expect from a game, then maybe WoW isn't for you - no problem there either.|||Like Waflob said there's so much to do, but it depends what you're looking for in the game.

I had three 85's before I even tried BG's, Dungeon or Raids and win or lose I always find them fun to do.

Occasionly doing dungeons you might get an idiotic child 'tank' who constantly throws their toys out the pram and blames everyone when they constantly pull to much and wipe the party.

Personally I love levelling toons and since there are still classes I haven't tried, I'll keep doing this until I've played them all. I'm currently finishing my warlock but have already started a shaman and druid too.|||Quote:

Why don't you consider to make new friends while playing and make some machinima with your friends. I have seen so many machinimas and some of them are awesome. Even though at the beginning, people might not make a good quality one, this can still serve to the entertainment.

Some of the exploits and cheats are also fun enough to be discovered. For example, though wall walking is less now, we can still find a way to do it and utilise the mechanics of this game.
