I got hacked! Now I'm suspended! Please please please help!

Hello all!

(I'm using another trial account because it wouldn't allow me to post on my "main").

Ohkay, so maybe about 6-7 months ago, I can't remember exactly, I downloaded the 10 day trial. I enjoyed the game so much I bought the original game and Burning Crusade. I upgraded my trial account to a full account and began playing.

Then after about 3 weeks, I went to sign in and it didn't work. The password wouldn't work. I tried for hours to find out what was wrong but with no luck.

(Little did I know, all I had to do was do all the simple account security etc).

Because I had school commitments, I backed off from this and finished all my schooling etc.

Now I'm back and I REALLY want this account to work!

I've changed my battle.net email address, my password and added a mobile authenticator.

But every time I go to sign in a message will pop up that reads:

"You are unable to access this page because this license is banned, locked, or suspended".

Can anyone please help?|||Blizzard usually does this to prevent further damage to your account. Contact them to have it restored. That's basically all the advice we can give you.
