Having a difficult time finding a good EST PvP server.

[:1]I've been trying to find a good PvP server in the EST that has a balanced A:H ratio. I'm fairly new to World of Warcraft itself, as I have the starter edition. I am curious if anyone knows a good (possibly balanced) PvP server in the EST? I can't trust WoWCensus fully.
