[:1]After being stuck with the standard flying mounts for to long, I want to get something different.
I've looked at all the different ones and how you can obtain them, so just wondered what people thought is the easiest one get?
I'm probably leaning more towards Faction rewards rather than rare epic drops as I don't do that many dungeons.|||Hmm yeah, faction mounts might be the way to go then (aside from the ones from Blizzard store, which are actually not that non-standard anymore ).|||You've got a few options for slightly more unique flying mounts that aren't dungeon only.
Depending on your professions, you could get a tailoring rug mount or an engineer gyrocopter fairly easily.
There are a few rare spawns that have a guaranteed drop, the Time Lost Protodrake (Storm Peaks), and Aeonaxx (Uldum).
Faction wise, the red drake is pretty easy to obtain, and a mere 1,000 gold, and since Cataclysm came out it has become less common. A Nether Drake is another choice, coming from Shadowmoon Valley in Outland, they're not as common these days either.
Though its not particularly unique, the Refer a Friend mount (a fairly small rocket) is also nice, being one of a few two-seater mounts. If you don't have a friend, you can always start up another account and use a game time card to get the mount instantly (I did that for my first one).
If you want to try your luck or spend actual money, there are the Trading Card Game mounts, but they may run a few hunder dollars if you buy just the card from a seller.|||Sorry about that, Aeonaxx is in Deepholm, not Uldum.|||Ty Misto And Snowie,
TBH I don't like the ones in the Bliz store that much and already have the flying carpets. I might look towards Outland and look up the other two.. ty
